Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Retirement Life Plan.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
There are no refunds issued for digital products.
We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS
Your satisfaction with our courses is important to us. We have a 14 Day 100% money-back guarantee for courses purchased, from the start of the course. To request your money back, just send an email to hello@retirementlifeplan.com. After the 14 day guarantee period, no refunds will be issued and full payment is required.
Cancellation of Courses: Retirement Life Plan reserves the right to revise schedules, amend course fees, and suspend or cancel courses.
COACHING & CONSULTATION
There are no refunds on Coaching and Consulting, because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back. We cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.
If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and have purchased a coaching program, you may request pro-rated refund. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.)
Upon providing deposit or full program payment you are authorising Retirement Life Plan to process your payment.
Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together. If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments, and be on time as well.
RETIREMENT LIFE COACH COMMUNITY SUBSCRIPTION
Subscriptions to Community Connect automatically renew at the end of each billing period (annual). If you wish to avoid a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. No refunds will be given for automatic renewals if cancellation occurs after the renewal charge has been processed.
Coaches may cancel their Community Connect or Business Boost subscription at any time by logging into their account and navigating to the billing section. Upon cancellation, access to all Community Connect or Business Boost features will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew, and the account will no longer have access to the Community. No further charges will be made unless the subscription is reactivated.
We do not offer refunds for partially used membership periods or for unused time after cancellation. Once a subscription is canceled, no refunds will be provided for any remaining period of the subscription. We recommend reviewing all membership details before purchasing to ensure Community Connect meets your needs.
